Omer Nuriel is an intern in the firm’s Commercial Department, focusing on commercial law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, insolvency, and corporate finance. His work includes assisting with the preparation of different commercial agreements and financing agreements, and with transactions of public and private companies, ongoing matters related to publicly-traded companies, debt settlement, and receivership.
During his studies, Omer was the CEO of the Choice (Breira) Center at the Hebrew University, where he was responsible for over 100 students, in various positions, providing free legal assistance to empower various sections of Jerusalem’s disadvantaged populations. In 2023, he also served as a research assistant to Dr. Mittal Pinto.
