Noam is a legal intern in the Commercial Department. She assists with a wide range of corporate legal matters and supports the team on commercial transactions. Her work includes drafting commercial agreements, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and assisting with corporate dissolutions.
During her studies, Noam worked as a research assistant to Prof. Assaf Hamdani in the field of corporate law. She also completed a pre-internship at a law firm specializing in tort law and volunteered with the Israel National Council for the Child.
Noam holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University, where she graduated with honors.
