Nir’s practice focuses on various aspects of commercial, civil and administrative law, with a particular emphasis on real estate endeavors, planning & construction issues, in addition to litigation deriving from those fields.
Nir provides clients with legal advice in regard to a wide range of real estate projects and transactions, throughout all their stages – including acquisitions, planning & zoning, construction, JV’s, financing, operating and selling of properties.
Nir received his LLB, cum laude, at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2012 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2013.
Nir joined the firm as a lawyer in 2013 and became a partner in 2021.
