Nir joined the firm’s high-tech department, which focuses on providing legal solutions to private high-tech companies at all stages of their operations. Nir takes part in comprehensive legal guidance starting from company incorporation, through financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and up to managing day-to-day legal issues.
During his studies at the Hebrew University, he participated in the excellence program “Landau Fellows” from the Uman-Fisher Center for Law, Economics and Policy. Additionally, Nir founded and managed the “Law and High-Tech” club through which he made the interface areas between law and technology accessible to students in the faculty.
Prior to joining the department, Nir worked at an Israeli startup company that provides technological and legal services in the privacy and cyber worlds.
