Natalie specializes in corporate and commercial law. Natalie provides ongoing legal counsel to various clients and corporations, from the initial establishment phase of a corporation to its purchase. Her experience includes drafting agreements and working on complex transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, investment and financing, and licensing.
Natalie received her LL.B. in 2022 and her B.A. in Political Science (cum laude) in 2022 from Tel Aviv University. She was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2024.
Natalie speaks Hebrew, English and Russian.
