Naftali Nir specializes in real estate law, planning & construction, and commercial law. He handles all stages of real estate and planning & construction projects, including property and land acquisition, construction and management agreements, contracts with contractors and suppliers, sale and rental agreements, land registration, and engagement with entrepreneurs and government and municipal bodies. He also works closely with clients to develop solutions to planning & construction issues.
As well as representing leading Israeli and international real estate companies, both private and public, and providing them with comprehensive ongoing legal counsel, Naftali’s extensive experience extends to residential projects, rental agreements in commercial and office spaces, representation in complex purchase and sale transactions, joint venture agreements, combination agreements, urban renewal projects of all types, and liquidation proceedings.
Naftali also has expertise in real estate finance. In this area of his practice, he represents large institutional entities in financing transactions that involve real estate projects, and real estate companies vis-à-vis banks and insurance companies.
Naftali joined the firm in 2010 and became a partner in 2018.
