Bio

Nadav practices in the field of competition law and antitrust, and has experience handling a wide range of legal issues in the competition sphere. As part of his work, he provides ongoing legal advice and opinions to companies, and assists in supporting transactions and mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border mergers, across various sectors, including aviation, financial services and insurance. In addition, Nadav handles compliance aspects and risk assessments under competition laws, review and approval processes vis-a-vis the Competition Authority, and the preparation of the legal groundwork for transactions and commercial engagements.

 

Nadav joined Arnon, Tadmor-Levy in 2024 and completed his internship in the Regulation and Competition Law departments, after graduating with highest honors from the LL.B. program at Bar-Ilan University. During his studies, Nadav served as a teaching assistant in a Constitutional Law course and as a research assistant to several lecturers on a range of topics, including constitutional law and technology in law.

Nadav holds an M.A. in Information Technologies, which he began concurrently with his undergraduate studies.

Nadav is proficient in several programming languages and has knowledge in the analysis of databases, including the collection, organization and processing of information for the purpose of generating insights and streamlining work processes. In his work, he uses technological tools, including automation solutions and AI tools, to improve knowledge management, document search and processing, and to conduct preliminary checks and decision-support analyses in transactions and regulatory matters.
