Lior is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Department, which he joined as an intern in 2025.
Lior provides ongoing legal counsel to corporations and emerging companies throughout all stages of their operations – from incorporation and investment rounds to M&A transactions. His practice includes advising on cross-border and domestic transactions, drafting complex commercial agreements, and providing routine corporate advice.
During his academic studies, he served as a Teaching Assistant for the Contracts Law course at Tel Aviv University, under the guidance of Dr. Yifat Naftali Ben Zion, and participated in the Human Rights Clinic led by Prof. Ronen Avraham.
