Lilach is an intern in the firm’s Commercial Department. Her work includes advising private and public companies on matters relating to corporate law, securities law and financing, including mergers and acquisitions transactions, commercial agreements and capital raisings.
Lilach holds an LL.B. and a B.A. in Accounting from the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She was awarded the Dean’s Excellence Award for the 2024-2025 academic year.
As part of her studies, Lilach served as a teaching assistant to Prof. Gideon Parchomovsky in the Contracts Law course and as a research assistant to Prof. Assaf Eckstein in corporate law and corporate governance. She also participated in the Legal Clinic for Youth and Young Adults at Risk.
Prior to joining the firm, Lilach worked as a pre-intern at the Office of the State Attorney.
