Kobi Ben Chitrit serves as a managing partner within the firm, bringing a wealth of experience to the table. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, initial public offerings, and a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial transactions.

In his practice, Kobi acts as legal counsel for acquirers, venture capitalists, and target companies involved in acquisitions and financings. He offers strategic advice on intellectual property transactions, including joint ventures, licensing deals, and distribution agreements. Kobi’s extensive experience extends to guiding technology startups, assisting them in optimal corporate structuring, and providing counsel throughout their lifecycle—from early stages and initial financing, to acquisition or IPO and beyond.

Furthermore, Kobi boasts considerable proficiency in handling international technology licensing, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreements, partnering, distribution, and other commercial technology-related contracts across various industries.

Kobi is acknowledged by both colleagues and peers as a leading figure in the Israeli M&A scene. The international legal directory, The Legal 500., has described him as “an exceptional lawyer and a true business partner” in the high-tech field.

With a background that spans legal practice in Israel and the US law firm Hogan & Hartson, coupled with entrepreneurial ventures in establishing high-tech companies, Kobi is committed to delivering comprehensive, personalized, and insightful legal services to his clients. As a testament to his dedication to the field, Kobi also shares his knowledge as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, teaching a course on investments and exits of emerging growth companies.
