Joshua Lieberman’s practice focuses on dispute resolution and commercial litigation. He has vast experience in commercial law, securities law, administrative and constitutional law, real estate, and class and derivatives actions. He has represented clients in complex disputes between shareholders in public and private companies, directors and officers, regarding minority discrimination, IP disputes, as well as partners and founders’ disputes in startup companies.
Providing ongoing commercial legal advice and assistance to startups, public and private companies, Joshua provides the optimal solution to clients, both commercially and financially.
Joshua represents his clients before all courts and tribunals in Israel, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings, including international tribunals such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Joshua received his LL.B. cum laude from Bar Ilan University in 2008, and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2009. He also completed a mediation course at Bar Ilan University, and has been a certified mediator since 2008.
Joshua joined the firm as a lawyer in 2011, and became a partner in 2019.
