Itamar is an associate in the firm’s Hi-Tech, Venture Capital, and Corporate practice, with a focus on hi-tech startups, multinational corporations, private equity financings, strategic investments, commercial transactions, and M&A.
Itamar provides ongoing consultation on legal issues that arise in the ordinary course of a corporation’s business, addressing a spectrum of corporate challenges such as corporate governance, private equity financing and other commercial matters.
Itamar earned his LL.B. from Bar Ilan University in 2022 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2024.
Itamar is fluent in both English and Hebrew.
