Hodaya Baruch’s practice focuses on private equity financing, strategic investments, local and international commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions. Her clients include commercial companies and high-tech startups.
Additionally, Hodaya provides ongoing legal consultation to companies on a variety of legal issues in their day-to-day business, commercial law and corporate governance matters.
Hodaya graduated with a LL.B. (magna cum laude) and a B.A. in government, diplomacy and strategy in 2021, both from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya). Having interned in the Hi-Tech Department at Herzog Fox & Neeman, she was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2023 and joined our firm as an associate that year.
Hodaya is fluent in Hebrew and English.
