Hagit Bavly focuses on real estate, commercial law, real estate finance, and planning and construction. She has significant experience in a wide variety of commercial transactions, in particular in real estate matters, where she has been ranked as a top practitioner for many years. This includes purchase and sale agreements, construction agreements, joint ventures, partnership agreements, real estate company acquisitions, real estate company IPOs, debt arrangements, and financing agreements for both projects and for companies (representing lenders and borrowers).
Hagit has extensive experience in planning procedures, including drafting rules for city plans, and representing clients with regard to planning procedures before planning committees and other authorities and in court. She also provides legal advice at all stages of complex, large-scale transactions and projects, from acquisition and planning, to construction and marketing.

Hagit obtained a law degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1982, a B.Des. degree from the Bezalel Academy of Arts & Design in 1986, and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University in 1995. She was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1984, joined the firm in 1987, and became a partner in 1995.
