Hadar Hoch practices real estate law, with an emphasis on complex, large-scale and combination transactions. Advising clients throughout their real estate and construction engagements and contracts, Hadar is involved from the preliminary stages of the transaction, through contract negotiation, to the provision of creative solutions as required.
In addition, Hadar handles governmental and municipal authority matters, along with reports to the Tax Authority, while preparing an appropriate assessment, and completion of registration of the rights purchased in the relevant registries. She also advises the firm’s clients in the field of real estate financing.
As part of Hadar’s activities in the field of real estate, she represents some of the largest and leading real estate companies in Israel on their projects. These include leading urban renewal projects, involving hundreds of new housing units, in which she deals with all aspects, from early negotiations, through the various transactions required between the parties involved.
Hadar also has extensive experience in handling special transactions with regulatory aspects such as: affordable housing, rent control housing projects (long-term supervised rental) as well as various Israel Land Authority tenders.
Hadar joined the firm in 2021 and was made partner in 2024.
