Guy is an attorney in the firm’s commercial department, specializing in various areas of banking and financial regulation. Guy provides ongoing counsel to companies, with expertise in implementation of regulations, managing commercial matters and transactions, as well as in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism compliance. Additionally, Guy offers professional guidance to companies in regulatory proceedings before supervisory and regulatory bodies.
During his law studies, Guy was a member of the editorial board of the law review “Mishpat Umimshal”, one of the law reviews of the University of Haifa. He also participated in the human rights legal clinic, served as a research assistant and teaching assistant, and was cited on the Dean’s List for academic excellence.
Guy joined the firm as an intern in 2022 and as an attorney in 2024.
