Gal is an intern in the Commercial Department and works on matters relating to corporate law, commercial transactions, and capital markets. His work includes advising on legal issues affecting private and public companies across a wide range of securities and corporate law matters. As part of his internship, he also takes part in drafting prospectuses and assisting with public offering processes for public companies.
During his studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, he served as CEO of Omek – The Center for of Policy and Legislation, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of legislation in Israel in cooperation with Members of Knesset and civil society organizations.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a pre-intern at a leading law firm specializing in labor law.
