Eden works in the High-tech Department of the firm, where she provides professional support to Israeli and international clients including start-up enterprises, venture capital funds, both private and public corporations, as well as strategic investors. Eden’s role entails engagement and support in navigating a spectrum of intricate business, corporate, and commercial legal affairs and activities for these clients.
Bio
Eden has experience encompassing a range of transactional, contractual, and ongoing legal services including private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and various other commercial matters.
Throughout her academic journey, Eden refined her research and drafting competencies by actively engaging in the ‘International Criminal and Humanitarian Law’ clinic. Furthermore, Eden worked within the chambers of Justice Rachel Barkai at the Tel-Aviv District Court, assisting with ongoing cases. Preceding this, Eden completed a semester-long internship at ‘Legal Up,’ a legal technology startup with a focus on automating legal documents.
