Bio

Doron Shacham is a partner with the firm’s Real Estate Department, advising a large range of clients on all types of real estate transactions, such as sales, purchases, combinations, construction, options, leases, complex joint venture agreements, and credit and construction-loan agreements, among others. He regularly advises clients on real estate taxation, zoning and construction, representing them before the relevant authorities when required.

Doron has notable experience in advising foreign clients seeking to conduct business in Israel, including representation in complex real estate transactions.

Doron graduated with a B.A., magna cum laude in 2012, and received his law degree the same year, both from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya. He obtained his LL.M from Tel Aviv University in 2020, and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2013.

EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS

Represented the Kardan company in its project in Netanya (over 400 units and areas for employment) and in a residential project in the Kiryat Shalom area of Tel Aviv.
Represented Decathlon Israel in real estate activities, including retail real estate.
Represented landowners in the Harakevet complex in Tel Aviv in promoting this very large-scale residential and employment project.
Represented MAX in many different engagements for the establishment of MAX House in Bnei Brak.
Provided ongoing representation in real estate matters for various parties during the establishment and operation of Haifa Port, and maritime activity in general.
Represents many companies (Avi-Cranes Group, Shaniv Paper Industries, Israel Shipyards Industries Group, and more) in transactions related to their assets.
Represents many landowners, in a variety of properties throughout Israel, in combination and self-build transactions.
Regularly represents various Israeli and other associations, such as the Association for Israel’s Soldiers (L’ma’an Hachayal).
Represented a group of private investors in the transaction for the purchase and sale of the Hof Ha’Tzuk hotel in Tel Aviv.
Represents individuals and investors from Israel and abroad in private transactions for the purchase and sale of properties.
