Bio

Daniel is an attorney in the firm’s Commercial Department, specializing in advising Israeli and international companies, with a particular focus on banking corporations and fintech companies.

In his practice, Daniel provides ongoing legal counsel to a wide range of clients in the business and financial sectors, in matters relating to financial regulation, licensing and enforcement proceedings, and commercial law. Daniel also advises and represents the firm’s clients in complex commercial transactions, strategic collaborations, and the establishment and development of business and financial operations in Israel and abroad.

Daniel has experience in representing clients before financial and regulatory authorities, including the Israel Securities Authority, the Bank of Israel, and the Capital Markets, Insurance and Savings Authority. He assists clients in tailoring their

operations to meet applicable regulatory requirements. Additionally, Daniel is involved in projects relating to financial innovation, payment services, and fintech infrastructure.

Daniel earned his LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2021. As part of his studies, he participated in the student exchange program at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies (CTLS) of Georgetown University. During his studies, Daniel also took part in the Human Rights Clinic, where he assisted in representing underprivileged populations. He was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2022 and joined the firm as an attorney in 2023.
