Bio

Dana specializes in antitrust and competition law and has experience handling a wide range of legal matters in the field. She provides ongoing legal counsel and opinions to companies, advises clients holding a monopoly position, and handles local and international mergers and acquisitions in the food, technology, and energy sectors. Dana also handles restrictive arrangements and exemption applications, proceedings under the Food Law, enforcement actions before the Israel Competition Authority, and class actions under the Economic Competition Law. Dana has experience working alongside economic experts and aligning the legal strategy with the accompanying economic opinions.

Dana joined the firm in 2023 as an intern and was admitted to the bar in 2025.

Dana studied Law and Economics at Tel Aviv University and participated in the student exchange program at Fordham University

in New York, in the banking, corporate and financial law program. Dana served as a teaching assistant in an antitrust course taught by Prof. David Gilo (former Director General of the Israel Competition Authority), and as a research assistant to Prof. Ron Harris and Prof. Assaf Hamdani.
