Aliza Haber Feld’s practice focuses on the representation of companies and venture capital funds in Israel and abroad, across a broad spectrum of industries. Her involvement begins with the establishment of the company, through its commercial development, until its eventual acquisition. Aliza’s experience includes providing legal assistance to companies with an emphasis on private financings and mergers and acquisitions, as well as ongoing legal assistance to companies, including startups.
Aliza received her LL.B., cum laude, in 2021 and her MBA (majoring in finance) in 2022, both from Bar-Ilan University. She was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2023.
Aliza is fluent in both English and Hebrew.
