We are proud to share that our long-standing client, Adaptive Shield, has been acquired by American cybersecurity giant CrowdStrike for around 300 million USD.
The Tel Aviv-based company, founded in 2019, has raised $34 million prior to the acquisition. Adaptive Shield developed a platform that identifies misconfigurations in organizational application security and offers automatic fixes.
This acquisition will allow CrowdStrike to provide full protection against identity-based attacks across the modern cloud ecosystem through a single unified platform.
