We’re excited to share that our client, Moburst Ltd., has completed the acquisition of Rhythm Communications, LLC, a leading Atlanta-based PR agency known for its high-impact work in healthcare, education, technology, and entertainment.
This is Moburst’s third acquisition in the U.S. since December 2024, highlighting its rapid expansion and commitment to building a strong footprint in the American market—all with our firm by its side.
Through this acquisition, Uproar by Moburst gains additional public relations expertise and an experienced U.S.-based team, further enhancing Moburst’s capabilities for clients across key sectors.
