Shelly is an intern in the firm’s high-tech department, focusing on providing legal solutions to private high-tech companies throughout their lifecycle. She assists with comprehensive legal support, from company formation to financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and managing daily legal issues.
During her studies, Shelly participated in an academic summer program at Columbia University and Cardozo School of Law in New York. She also took part in a legal clinic for patient rights and volunteered with the Halev B’mishpat organization, where she assisted individuals at the Labor Court and coordinated the project’s activities.
Shelly is fluent in Hebrew, English, and Russian.
