Tomer joined the firm’s High-Tech department in 2025, providing legal counsel to high-tech companies.
Tomer is a Hebrew University graduate (LL.B). During his studies, Tomer served as a member of the Legal Clinic for Representation of Peripheral Populations at the Hebrew University’s Center for Clinical Legal Education, and as a legal assistant in the Appeals Committee for COVID-19 Grants at the Ministry of Justice.
Throughout his academic journey, Tomer also worked as a BI and OSINT Analyst, leveraging knowledge he acquired during his military service in Unit 8200, where he led a team of analysts.
