Kaneka Acquires EndoStream for $100M

Medical device company developing the Nautilus device for aneurysm treatment, EndoStream, is being acquired for an amount reported to be $100 million by our client, Kaneka Corporation.

Kaneka, a Japanese public corporation, acquired 96.8% of Endostream with the intention of the parties to jointly develop new medical devices, mainly for cerebrovascular treatment.

Kaneka was represented in the purchase transaction by attorneys Eliran Furman, Peter Sugarman and Evyatar Katz, alongside our colleageus from the Japanese firm, Oh-Ebashi LPC & Partners.
