Omry Lahat is an associate in the Tender, Infrastructure & Energy Department at the firm.
Omry specializes in representing public and private entities in complex tender proceedings across a broad range of sectors, with a particular focus on infrastructure, transportation, construction and technology projects. He is closely involved in high-profile public tenders in Israel, including advising tender committees, drafting and negotiating complex tender documents, providing ongoing legal counsel throughout tender proceedings, and representing clients in administrative and commercial matters relating to large-scale infrastructure and public sector projects.
His practice includes advising on all stages of tender proceedings, including strategic advice regarding the decision to publish a tender and potential exemptions from tender requirements, drafting tender documents and
commercial agreements, providing ongoing legal counsel throughout the management of tender processes, preparing clarification notices and responses to bidders’ questions, and accompanying the evaluation process through the selection of the winning bidder.
In addition, Omry specializes in administrative litigation, with a particular focus on tender law. He has experience representing both public and private entities in administrative petitions concerning complex tender proceedings, and has been involved in several significant cases relating to major public transportation and infrastructure projects. Omry also assists a wide range of clients in civil and commercial litigation matters involving contractual disputes and complex financial claims.
Omry received his LL.B. in Law and B.A. in Management, with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, from Tel Aviv University in 2023, graduating with honors in both programs (magna cum laude).
During his studies, Omry served as a team leader in the Class Actions Clinic of the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University. He also participated, on behalf of the Faculty of Management, in the Schwartz Reisman Canada-Israel Exchange Program.
Omry received his LL.M., specializing in Commercial Law, from Tel Aviv University in 2026, graduating with honors (magna cum laude).
Omry was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2024. He completed his internship in the firm’s Commercial Department and joined the firm as an associate in 2024.
Omry is also an officer in the Israeli Navy, holding the rank of Major (Res.).
