Micki joined the firm’s high-tech department in 2024, with a focus on resolving legal issues for high-tech companies throughout their lifecycle – from establishment to acquisition. He assists with financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial dealings.
Micki graduated with an LL.B .(Magna Cum Laude) and an MBA (Specializing in Strategy and Entrepreneurship) at the Hebrew University. During his studies, he served as a teaching assistant in Contract Law, Public International Law and Comparative Law. He also represented Israel in the international rounds of the JESSUP International Law Competition and was chairman of the Law Student Association.
