Micki joined the firm’s high-tech department in 2024, focusing on resolving legal issues for high-tech companies throughout their lifecycle – from establishment to acquisition. He assists with financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial matters.
Micki graduated with an LLB (Magna Cum Laude) and an MBA (specializing in Strategy and Entrepreneurship) from the Hebrew University. During his studies, he served as a teaching assistant in Contract Law, Public International Law, and Comparative Law. He also represented Israel in the international rounds of the JESSUP International Law Competition and served as chairman of the Law Student Association.
