Hod Feuchtwanger is an intern in the firm’s Commercial Department, focusing on commercial law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, insolvency, and corporate finance. His work includes assisting with the preparation of different commercial agreements and financing agreements, and with transactions of public and private companies, ongoing matters related to publicly traded companies, debt settlement, and receivership.
During his studies, Hod worked as a research assistant to Prof. Binyamin Shmueli in the areas of Tort law and as a research assistant to Dr. Yuval Procaccia in the areas of Economic analysis of the law. Additionally, Hod was a member of the “Law and Business” law review.
