Sharona Plumb interns in the firm’s High-Tech Department. She provides legal guidance to a diverse clientele encompassing startups, established companies, and multinational corporations, with a focus on navigating complex legal matters related to equity financing, strategic investments, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Sharona worked as a paralegal at DLA Piper. In addition, she interned in the United States Congress, both for an individual congressman and for the United States House Committee of Foreign Affairs.
Sharona made Aliyah in 2019 and is fluent in both English and Hebrew.
