Nehoray joined to Arnon, Tadmor-Levy in 2024, following the completion of his LL.B. at Tel Aviv University.
Prior to specializing in real estate law, Nehoray gained invaluable experience as a pre-intern at the Competition and Antitrust Authority. In this role, he collaborated with economists and legal professionals, contributing to the examination of mergers and providing advisory support to government ministries, with a focus on promoting fair competition.
Nehoray’s practice extends to representing both sellers and buyers in first-hand and second-hand transactions. He actively participates in urban renewal projects and planning and construction initiatives. This includes conducting meticulous planning reviews to assess project feasibility, submitting appeals and objections, advancing development plans, and addressing objections to submitted building permits.
