This transaction is a significant milestone in Alma’s continued growth with the establishment of direct operation in Mainland China.
This is a very unique and complex cross-border transaction that includes the acquisition of assets and activities of the target company and its subsidiaries in Mainland China and Hong Kong. The transaction is evidence of the growing trade relations between Israel and China.
In order to complete the transaction, several conditions must be met, including receiving certain approvals from governmental authorities in Mainland China and Hong-Kong.
