Rachel Lerman specializes in real estate transactions, real estate financing, and consulting to real estate corporations on a variety of commercial matters. Representing corporations, institutional entities, and private clients, she handles real estate projects throughout their different stages, including due diligence processes, purchase and sale agreements, financing agreements (representing both financial entities and borrowers), rental agreements, and ongoing legal treatment.
Having received her law degree (LL.B.), and a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business administration from Reichman University, Rachel went on to earn an MBA (specializing in real estate management) from Tel Aviv University.
Rachel joined the firm as a lawyer in 2015. She is fluent in Hebrew and English.
