Since 1985, Moti Baicz has established himself as a distinguished litigator in the field of civil and commercial law.
His practice encompasses representing banks, high-tech companies, venture capital funds, and parties in opposition to banks. Moti brings substantial expertise to building and construction matters, labor disputes, and administrative law petitions related to public tenders.
Moti joined the firm in 1991, becoming partner in 2000.
He pursued his legal education at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, where he earned his law degree in 1984 and an LL.M with honors in 1988.
Moti was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1985.
