May specializes in corporate and commercial law. She provides ongoing legal counsel to various clients and corporations, from the initial establishment phase of a corporation to its purchase. Her experience includes drafting agreements and working on complex transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, investment, and financing.
During her studies at Tel Aviv University, May participated in the Criminal Justice Clinic, which provides free legal assistance to individuals involved in any stage of criminal proceedings.
