Odelia Sidi’s practice focuses on representing Israeli and foreign companies, and Israeli and foreign investors, with an emphasis on private financing for both established and emerging companies. In addition, her work involves complex M&A transactions representing the target company, its shareholders, and the acquiring entity.
With startup clients spanning those at the inception stage to those being acquired, across a broad spectrum of industries, Odelia works closely with founders and executives of emerging growth companies, providing guidance on financing, strategic and general ongoing corporate matters. Odelia also represents investors, including angel investors and corporate venture investment arms.
Odelia received her LL.B. from Reichman University in 1999 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2000. She completed her internship with the firm, returned as an associate and became a partner in 2013.
