Majd’s primary intership in commercial law and regulation. He handles cases for some of the largest companies in the market, engaging in financial activities, transactions, finance, and credit, including issuers and acquirers. A significant portion of Majd’s financial background was acquired during his work as a mortgage advisor and as a lecturer on proper financial management on behalf of the “Raveh Ravid” Fund.
As part of his academic experience, Majd served as an editorial board member for the University of Haifa’s law review, “Din U’Dvarim”. He also competed in the Moot Court competition, appearing before a panel headed by retired Supreme Court Justice Prof. Yoram Danziger, and served as a teaching assistant for the “Foreign Legal Systems” course.
