LivePerson Completes 46$M Sale to SoundHound AI

We are pleased to share that our client, LivePerson, Inc., a U.S. dual-listed company whose shares traded on Nasdaq and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, has successfully completed its sale to SoundHound AI, a U.S. publicly traded company listed on Nasdaq.

As part of the transaction, LivePerson will merge with and into SoundHound AI in a deal valued at approximately $46 million.

LivePerson was represented in the transaction by Shiri Shaham, Ben Sandler and Moshe Pasker.
