Tomer is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Tomer deals with commercial litigation and represents corporations and individuals in disputes in all areas of civil and commercial law, and in all legal courts and arbitrations.
Tomer has extensive practical experience in managing complex litigation cases, as well as in crisis management; he represents the firm’s clients in various commercial disputes, among others, in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and control struggles, class actions and derivatives, as well as in disputes between real estate companies and contractors and other entities.
Tomer gained extensive experience in representing defendants in class actions and derivative actions in all areas of law, including securities, banking, corporations, insurance, consumer law and communications.
Alongside this, Tomer has a specific expertise in representing real estate companies (entrepreneurs and contractors) in a very wide range of disputes in the real estate world, and in this context Tomer represented and represents the leading real estate companies in Israel in various legal proceedings and crises.
Over the years, Tomer has represented clients who are among the largest private and public companies in the Israeli economy, including telecommunications companies, hi-tech companies, credit companies, banks, insurance companies, real estate companies, government companies and more.
Tomer received his LLB (magna cum laude) and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Haifa in 2009.
Tomer completed his LLM (magna cum laude) at the University of Haifa in 2009.
