Tomer Bar-Nathan is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, specializing in commercial litigation and representing corporations and individuals in all legal courts and arbitration proceedings. Over the years, he has represented some of the largest private and public companies in Israel, including telecommunications companies, high-tech firms, credit card companies, banks, insurance providers, real estate companies, and government-owned corporations.
With extensive experience in managing complex litigation and crisis situations, Tomer advises clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, including those related to mergers and acquisitions, control battles, class actions, and derivative claims. He is also highly proficient in securities law, banking, corporate law, insurance, consumer protection, and telecommunications law.
Tomer has specific expertise in real estate litigation, regularly representing developers, contractors, and procurement clients in high-value disputes and crisis management matters. He has acted for many of Israel’s leading real estate companies in complex legal proceedings.
