Tomer Bar-Nathan is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, where he deals with commercial litigation, representing corporations and individuals in all legal courts and arbitrations. Over the years, he has represented clients who are among the largest private and public companies in the Israeli economy, including telecommunications companies, high-tech companies, credit companies, banks, insurance companies, real estate companies, government companies and more.
With extensive practical experience in managing complex litigation cases, as well as in crisis management, Tomer represents the firm’s clients in various commercial disputes, including in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and power struggles, class and derivative actions, as well as in disputes between real estate companies and contractors and other entities. He is proficient in all areas of law, including securities, banking, corporations, insurance, consumer law and communications.
Alongside this, Tomer has a specific expertise in representing real estate companies (entrepreneurs and contractors) in a very wide range of disputes in the real estate world, and in this context has represented, and represents, leading real estate companies in Israel in various legal proceedings and crises.
Tomer received his LL.B. (magna cum laude), a bachelor’s degree in economics and his LL.M. (magna cum laude), all from the University of Haifa in 2009. He joined the firm in 2013 and was made partner in 2020.
