Smadar has represented entrepreneurial companies and some of the largest and leading financial entities in urban renewal projects, combination transactions, construction services, joint venture agreements, sale and purchase agreements, and more. The legal support she provides covers every stage of the transaction process and the projects’ life – from locating and inspecting potential land sites, to negotiating contracts, to overseeing the completion of apartment sales.
Additionally, Smadar has experience in accompanying financiers and banks in real estate financing transactions, including for the financing of large-scale projects, urban renewal projects, and complex financing transactions.
Smadar joined the firm’s Real Estate Department in 2016.
