Shiraz is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department.
Shiraz specializes in real estate law and advises on real estate financing transactions, urban renewal projects, the drafting of sale and purchase agreements, and other complex real estate transactions.
As part of her practice, Shiraz provides the firm’s clients, including leading Israeli real estate companies, banks, and major non-banking credit institutions, with a broad range of services in these areas. These include conducting due diligence, reviewing the legal aspects of transactions, negotiating, drafting and reviewing agreements and security documents, and advising on transactions through to completion.
Shiraz joined the firm as an intern in 2025 and has been a lawyer in the firm since 2026.
Prior to her internship at the firm, Shiraz worked as a pre-intern in the legal department of Decathlon Israel.
