Shai Borenstein interns for the firm’s Commercial and High-Tech Departments. He assists private and public high-tech companies with legal issues arising from their day-to-day activities, starting from the company’s founding phase to its funding rounds. His field includes mergers and acquisitions, purchases, and additional commercial transactions in the field of blockchain technology.
Shai received his LL.B., magna cum laude, from Bar-Ilan University in 2023.
Shai is fluent in English and Hebrew.
