Ran Aziel specializes in real estate and project financing. His experience includes accompanying clients through various real estate transactions in the field of urban renewal and sale and lease agreements, as well as ongoing handling of various commercial issues. Ran has extensive experience in representing non-banking funds in financing agreements for banking support of projects in the real estate sector, with an emphasis on the financing of urban renewal projects.
Ran received his LLB, cum laude, at the Tel- Aviv University in 2019 and was admitted as a lawyer in Israel in 2020 . He is fluent in Hebrew and English.
