Ori is an intern in the high-tech department of the office, and most of his work is focused on assisting in providing answers to legal issues of high-tech companies, private and public, that arise from their day-to-day activities. Emphasizing capital raising, financing transactions, local and international commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and providing ongoing legal advice to companies.
During his studies Ori managed the partnerships department in a unique accelerator of Reichman University, within which about ten Pre-Seed projects of students and graduates of the university are accepted every semester.
In addition, Ori took part in the annual program “Argov” for leadership and diplomacy of Reichman University, intended for outstanding students of all degrees, which is taught entirely in English.
