Neta Sorbash focuses on complex urban renewal projects. She assists clients – including some of Israel’s leading real estate companies – at each stage of their projects, from negotiations on the urban renewal agreement (Evacuation and Reconstruction), to the demolition and construction of the new buildings.
As part of her work, Neta also engages in commercial transactions in the field of real estate, including combination transactions, Tama 38 (the National Outline Plan), construction agreements, management, supervision agreements, and more.
