Michal represents both Israeli and international clients, including private and public companies, venture capital funds and strategic investors, in various issues, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, and commercial transactions.
Michal also provides ongoing consultation on legal issues to companies, including startups, in matters such as corporate governance and commercial matters.
Additionally, Michal’s practice focuses on Project Finance and Infrastructure, advising clients on PPP infrastructure projects in Israel, as of the commencement of the tender process, and throughout the development phase, financial closing, construction phase and ongoing representation during the operation and maintenance phase of a project.
