Menachem Landau specializes in corporate law, with a focus on the startup ecosystem. He provides a wide range of services to the firm’s clients – both Israeli and international companies – at various stages, starting from company formation, through different funding rounds, and including complex M&A transactions and asset purchases.
Prior to joining Arnon, Tadmor-Levy, Menachem interned in the tax department of another leading Israeli law firm. He also gained professional experience in the field of economics during his tenure as a student in the Risk Management Department of the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority of the Ministry of Finance.
Menachem completed his studies in law and economics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2020. He was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2022 and joined the firm that same year.
