Liza Vilenski specializes in corporate law, providing legal counsel to the firm’s clients on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and commercial contracts. She is adept at drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and shareholder agreements.
With extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, Liza provides legal support for companies’ transactions with their customers and suppliers, drafting commercial agreements, investment agreements, and mergers and acquisitions agreements.
Liza graduated from the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law in 2021 and, after an internship in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department from 2021 to 2023, she was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2023.
